We have noticed some items have been discontinued or some suppliers have shut down temporarily. We update the website as soon as we learn about an item that is unavailable. We have also noticed that delivery times are longer than usual.

Most of the products in the shop are custom made to order and ship from different places in the US. Most of our products average 4-6 business days to your door. However, we do have a few products that need more time to create. Check the product description for shipping details about a specific product.

Products ship from various US locations. It is common that items in your order will ship at different times and from different locations depending on where the artist or manufacturer resides and the amount of time each product takes to create. We currently have vendors in Kentucky, California, Arizona, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Once your item/s have shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Click on that number to check status of your shipment. You may receive multiple tracking numbers at different times if you have purchased more than one item. Products ship as they are made.

We love our customers and we love reviews! You can add reviews a couple different ways. You can simply find your product on our website and scroll down the page to find the reviews tab and click on the " write a review" button. The other way is to respond to the email that will be sent to you once you receive your order. All customers who enter their email address at checkout, will get an opportunity to review the item via email.

We offer 100% satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email me at Jennyk@womeninthewordgiftshop.com and let me know the issue with the item. I will email you a return shipping label that you can use to ship the unwanted item back. Once the item is returned, I will either issue you a full refund or send you a new item upon your request.

It is real easy to apply discounts to your order. Simply add all products to your bag and select checkout. Once on the checkout page, you will see a discount field directly under the subtotal. Add the code there and the discount will automatically be applied.
